Telstra.com Responsive Website
The Telstra website was updated to include a mobile-friendly viewport. My role was to analyse, format and design each individual component (over 40 in total) to work responsively and within the constraints of a mobile device. This entailed sketching, wireframing, prototyping and testing each component whilst liaising with developers and managing stakeholder expectations.
Highlights of this process include working in a cross functional team, across 2 cities, in an agile environment and launching a new mobile first website that greatly increase the customer experience and a renewed brand perception.
